Teach with SALAF. Help healthcare professionals build global careers.
We welcome applications from qualified language educators, medical doctors, and nurse trainers worldwide. Join our international teaching faculty preparing clinical candidates for licensing examinations and European, Gulf, and Western hospital practice.
Language Trainer
SALAF prepares healthcare professionals for clinical practice in Europe, the Gulf, and Asia-Pacific. We are seeking experienced language educators to deliver structured, high-intensity language coaching — from beginner fundamentals to professional healthcare communication and official proficiency certifications.
- Native or near-native speakers with recognized language teaching credentials (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, DaF, DITALS, DELE examiner, or university language degree).
- Trainers experienced in preparing learners for recognized benchmarks (CEFR, YKI, TestDaF, JLPT, TOPIK, OET, IELTS).
- Educators who understand the clinical context (medical terminology, nurse handovers, patient history taking, documentation).
Doctor Licensing Exam Trainer
We prepare medical doctors for national licensing examinations across destination health systems (UK, US, Gulf, Australia, Germany, Ireland, and beyond). We seek qualified medical professionals and experienced exam coaches with a proven record of helping doctors master high-stakes theory and clinical assessments.
- Qualified medical doctors (MBBS / MD / equivalent) who have personally cleared the target licensing examination or hold active registration.
- Experienced exam tutors skilled in high-yield MCQ analysis, question-breakdown methodology, and clinical problem solving.
- Clinicians with OSCE / clinical exam coaching expertise who can role-play cases, evaluate stations, and refine bedside manners.
Nurse Licensing / Registration Exam Trainer
SALAF supports registered nurses navigating licensure in top international healthcare destinations. We are recruiting expert nurse educators to prepare candidates for rigorous competency examinations including Next Generation NCLEX, NMC CBT & OSCE, Prometric Nursing exams, and European adaptation pathways.
- Registered Nurses (BSc Nursing, GNM, MSc Nursing) with active or verifiable clinical registration.
- Educators experienced with Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) clinical judgment models and computer-adaptive testing.
- Nurse trainers experienced with practical OSCE stations, medication administration safety, infection control, and clinical handovers.

Built for clinical rigor and measurable student outcomes
SALAF is not a generic language tutoring platform. Our students are licensed nurses, medical doctors, and allied healthcare professionals transitioning to international hospital wards.
Clinical Context
Every language class and exam session is rooted in actual hospital scenarios: patient handovers, clinical reasoning, and critical medication safety.
Global Remote Delivery
Teach from anywhere. Our interactive learning management infrastructure enables seamless virtual cohorts across multiple global time zones.
Official Examination Alignment
We do not guess regulatory standards. Our curricula directly reflect official specifications from GMC, USMLE, NCSBN, SCFHS, Valvira, and telc.
Founder & Clinical Review
Every applicant is evaluated directly by our leadership team. We value proven teaching capability and practical healthcare competence over marketing hype.
Information for prospective trainers
Can I apply if I live in a country different from the destination I teach?
Yes, absolutely. We evaluate qualifications and language mastery, not your current geographic location. For example, a qualified Finnish speaker living in India or an NCLEX-cleared nurse educator in the Philippines is fully eligible to teach our students online.
Do language trainers need a medical license?
No. Language trainers require demonstrated proficiency (C1/C2 or native fluency) and teaching competence in the target language. We provide medical communication frameworks and clinical terminology orientation to all appointed faculty.
What engagement types are available?
We offer freelance contract teaching, part-time recurring cohort delivery, and selected full-time faculty roles. Engagements are scheduled around candidate cohort timetables, allowing trainers to maintain clinical or academic positions.
How does SALAF verify submitted credentials?
All submitted qualifications, degrees, language certifications, and professional medical/nursing registrations are individually verified by our founder and admissions operations. Credentials with pending status can be declared honestly in the application.
